THE STORE

This store is operated by LUSHÉ, a sole proprietorship of Sarmad Saleem (NTN J369069-6), based in Lahore, Pakistan. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to LUSHÉ.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown is the price you pay, and no tax is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed.

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours can appear differently on different screens. Small variations in finish, tone or hardware are normal and are not considered defects.

Some pieces are brought in a few at a time rather than held in stock. These are listed for enquiry rather than with a price, and availability and price are confirmed on WhatsApp before any order is placed.

STOCK

Listing a product does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an exchange, a refund, or cancellation.

ORDERS

We may refuse or cancel any order. Situations where this may happen include suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, an incomplete or unreachable delivery address, or a history of refused cash on delivery orders.

You confirm that the information you give us, including your name, address, phone number and email, is accurate and complete.

PAYMENT

We accept cash on delivery. Card payments will be added once our payment gateway is live.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the LUSHÉ name, logo, photography, product descriptions and page copy, belongs to LUSHÉ and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUSHÉ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
