What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and order details. If you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse the site we automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

If you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address.

Why we collect it

  • To process, pack and deliver your order
  • To contact you about your order
  • To handle exchanges, refunds and customer support
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed
  • To detect fraud and keep the store secure
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
  • Courier partners, to deliver your parcel
  • Payment providers, to process card payments
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our advertising and show relevant ads
  • Analytics and advertising services, where enabled

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

When you browse our store, we share certain activity with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — pages you view, items you add to your cart, and orders you place — so we can measure how our ads perform and show ads that are relevant to you. Where you have given them, your email address and phone number are shared in a hashed (scrambled) form, which lets Meta match the activity to an account without revealing those details.

You can control this from your Facebook settings under "Off-Facebook Activity", and you can limit tracking through your browser or device settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to shopbylushe@gmail.com. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may stop working properly.

Children
