We deliver across Pakistan.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs 250
- Free delivery on orders of Rs 3,000 and above
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can add time, and we will keep you updated if that happens.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready — our courier collects payment at the time of delivery.
Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery orders without reason may result in cash on delivery being disabled for future orders from that address.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address and phone number carefully before placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the phone number was unreachable, redelivery will require a new delivery charge.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
