Buying online in Pakistan usually comes down to one question: do I have to pay before I have seen it? With us, no.
You pay the courier, not us
Choose cash on delivery at checkout and nothing is taken in advance. The parcel comes to your address and you pay the rider when it reaches you.
What delivery costs
- Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan
- Free on orders over Rs 3,000
If your cart is close to Rs 3,000, the site will tell you how much more is needed — it is usually cheaper to add something small than to pay the delivery charge.
How long it takes
Orders are packed in one to two working days, and reach most cities in three to five working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer. You get a tracking number by SMS and email once the parcel leaves us.
If it is not what you expected
You can exchange any piece within seven days of delivery, as long as it is unused and still has its tags and packaging. If something arrived damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we cover the return cost. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Ordering on WhatsApp instead
Some pieces — the hand-beaded evening bags — are brought in a few at a time rather than held in stock, so they are priced on enquiry rather than listed. For those, and for anything you would rather ask about first, message us on WhatsApp.
Send the product name or a screenshot along with your name, full address and phone number, and we will confirm availability and the total before anything is dispatched.
